Simplified Supplements specializes in small to mid-scale capsule production. With minimum capsule orders of 20,000 capsules, we aim to minimize the investment for new product introductions, reduce inventory carrying costs and allow for wide product offerings for our customers

Hard Shell Encapsulation

Simplified Supplements utilizes a variety of machinery allowing for both small and large scale production. Rigorous in-process quality checks including weight verification, capsule polishing, metal detection, and 100% visual inspection ensure that only the highest quality capsules are released. 

Bulk Powder Processing

Proper solubility, uniform particle size, free-flowing powder, and taste are key factors in the manufacture of bulk powder products. Simplified Supplements machinery, process equipment and facility are ideally suited for manufacturing and packaging a wide variety of packages including canisters, bags, jars, bottles and pouches.

Simplified Supplements excels in small scale powder processing including protein powders, meal replacement shakes, as well as herbal and other powdered drink mixes. 

Bottling Line

Simplified offers a wide array of sizes and colors in both plastic and glass bottles. Additionally, we offer inkjet bottle printing as well as case printing, induction and pressure sensitive sealing and full body and neck shrink seals

Custom Packeting

Custom packeting allows capsules, tablets, and softgels to be combined in a convenient daily packet. 100% visual inspection of packets ensures a premium product is offered to the end user.
